Test each pin for short circuits. If a fault is found, immediately shut down the machine and measure it with a multimeter to see if there is a problem.
If there is a fault code displayed indicating that the printed circuit board has a fault code, the entire circuit board needs to be replaced until it is repaired.
Some circuit boards do not have certain internal protection and external measures, such as overload, overvoltage, short circuit, etc., which may cause overheating or damage to the circuit board or components.
For various power devices, some circuit boards cannot achieve their own power consumption, such as power amplifiers and comparators. If the load resistance at the output end exceeds the normal value, it will increase its heat generation; In addition, some power amplifiers have high power consumption (such as lighting load resistors or heat dissipation processing devices), which reduces their performance.
